In fact, as the organiser, you'll even receive 10% of all takings from the event, as a show of gratitude for hiring our service.
Whichever type of function you're hosting, we specialise in creating wonderful photos of all involved. For example, photos can be taken prior to, and during a theatre production, with all photos then made available immediately afterwards.

We use the latest sub-dye printers at the event itself, which means there's no ordering, no waiting, and no fuss. Just great photos for your guests to take home as a reminder of their day.
Q. How much does it cost to book Free Event Photography for my event?
A. Nothing. We do not usually charge the event organiser for our photographer to attend an event. We are happy to receive payment purely from selling the photos to the event's attendees.
Q. What size photographs are available on the day of the event?
A. Our standard image size is 6" x 9" which are mounted in one of our elegant photographic mounts. Other sizes are available on request.
Q. How much do you charge for your photos at an event?
A. For a 6" x 9" mounted photograph we charge £10.00
Q. As the event organiser, do I need to supply any equipment for you at the event?
A. No, we will provide everything needed for our photography service, however we will need power and a table.
Q. As the event organiser, can I pay for photographs in advance so that every attendee receives a 'free' photo?
A. Yes, we can agree in advance a discounted price for a number of photographs before the event.
Q. As the event organiser, will I get digital copies of the photos taken?
A. Yes. The event organiser receives a copy of edited images within 48 hours, copyright free.
Q. Does your photographer need to view the venue prior to the event?
A. If your event is unusual in any way our photographer will usually visit it before the event to check layout, optimum position and find out your requirements. For most events however, this is unnecessary as our photographer will arrive in good time on the day to set up.
Q. Do you provide props?
A. Yes. We have a huge variety of ridiculous wigs, blow-up musical instruments, big sunglasses - infact, more than you'll ever need!
